Kritika Saxena Elevated as Head of Marketing – India at Tata Consultancy Services

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the elevation of Kritika Saxena as Head of Marketing – India, marking a significant milestone in her dynamic career spanning journalism, corporate communications, and brand leadership. Prior to this elevation, Kritika served as Head of Corporate Communications & Public Relations at TCS, where she led global communication strategies and managed brand reputation through transformative campaigns. Under her leadership, TCS enhanced its corporate narrative, blending thought leadership and creative storytelling to position itself as a trusted partner for digital transformation worldwide.

Before joining TCS, Kritika spent over 12 years at CNBC-TV18, where she held multiple senior editorial roles, including Chief of Bureau for Mumbai & South India, Deputy Chief of Bureau – Mumbai, and Special Correspondent. She reported extensively on India’s corporate and financial landscape, anchoring interviews with industry leaders and shaping editorial direction for several flagship business programs. Her earlier stints at BBC Studios, Sanskriti Media, and The Times of India (Bennett, Coleman & Co.
