With over two decades of experience across global technology leaders including Google, IBM, Microsoft, and Wipro Infotech, Ratnakar brings deep expertise in cloud transformation, enterprise productivity, and digital innovation. His strategic leadership will be instrumental in scaling Scaler’s B2B capabilities and expanding its impact across India and the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region.
During his five-year tenure at Google, Ratnakar held multiple leadership roles — including ISV Lead, Fintech Lead, and IT/ITeS & Global Captives Lead — where he helped leading enterprises and startups leverage Google Cloud and AI-driven technologies to optimize performance, enhance customer engagement, and innovate faster. His work in shaping go-to-market (GTM) strategies for independent software vendors and fintech firms has been widely recognized for its business impact and market foresight.
Prior to Google, Ratnakar served as Cloud Sales Leader at IBM, helping some of India’s largest enterprises harness the power of cloud computing for transformation and operational efficiency. At Microsoft, he held key leadership positions including Regional Director, Commercial Markets Strategy Lead, Director – Business Development, and Global Business Manager, driving market share growth, enterprise IT modernization, and cross-industry digital transformation initiatives. He began his career at Wipro Infotech, representing India’s largest system integrator for enterprise and banking solutions.
Through these roles, Ratnakar has developed a holistic understanding of technology ecosystems, enterprise partnerships, and workforce enablement—making him ideally suited to lead Scaler’s mission of bridging the global digital skills gap through cutting-edge learning and enterprise solutions.
