Seattle, Washington, United States, May 2026 – Subramaniam Turuvekere has joined Hexaware Technologies as Chief Revenue Officer – Digital & Software (D&S), bringing over 28 years of experience in scaling digital and application services businesses. In this role, he will lead the organization’s global revenue charter, driving growth as Hexaware accelerates its focus on AI-driven Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application modernization.
Subramaniam Turuvekere joins Hexaware Technologies after a long and impactful tenure at HCLTech, where he spent nearly two decades shaping global digital and application services capabilities. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President & Global Head of Modern Application Services, leading global practices across AI-native application development, AI-assisted modernization, intelligent quality engineering, digital integration, and automation initiatives.
Prior to this, as Vice President – Digital Business Services, he led global delivery for financial services and played a key role in scaling large enterprise engagements, including incubating major healthcare clients and driving strong revenue growth through integrated digital, analytics, and cloud solutions.
He also served as Associate Vice President – Global Head of GCP, where he built a global cloud ecosystem practice in partnership with Google, and as a Delivery Partner, managing large-scale transformation programs with full P&L ownership, delivering significant business growth and operational efficiencies across geographies.
Earlier in his career, Subramaniam held leadership roles at Infosys, Intel, and HP, where he built deep expertise in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and large-scale application development across industries.
