Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, June 2026 — Divya Nitin Tyagi has been elevated to the position of Deputy General Manager – HR at DS Group, marking another significant milestone in her long-standing career in human resources and talent management. Having been associated with the organization for nearly three years, this elevation reflects her contributions to strengthening people practices, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness within the Group.
Prior to assuming her new role, Divya served as Assistant General Manager – HR at DS Group, where she played an important role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the company’s people and culture agenda. Her progression within the organization underscores the trust and confidence the leadership has placed in her ability to contribute to DS Group’s continued growth and transformation.
Before joining DS Group, Divya spent approximately five years with Kusum Group of Companies, where she held leadership positions including Senior Manager – HR and Manager. During her tenure, she was actively involved in talent development, leadership capability building, employee engagement, learning and development, organizational culture transformation, and performance management initiatives. She also designed and deployed development programs for high-potential employees and facilitated organization-wide goal-setting frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Earlier in her career, she served as HR Manager at Parametrique Electronic Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she managed various human resource functions and contributed to workforce development and organizational growth initiatives.
A significant part of Divya’s professional journey was spent with Mankind Pharma Ltd., where she worked as Deputy Manager – Human Resources for nearly eight years. During this period, she gained extensive experience in HR operations, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development, building a strong foundation for her future leadership roles.
With nearly two decades of experience across pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, consumer goods, and diversified business sectors, Divya brings deep expertise in talent strategy, learning and development, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and culture transformation. Her elevation is expected to further strengthen DS Group’s people-centric growth strategy and organizational capabilities.
