Prior to his current role, he served as Head – Partnerships and Alliances (Insurance NA), where he focused on establishing and nurturing a robust network of partners across hyperscalers, insurance-specific technology firms, cross-industry solution providers and insurtechs. Earlier, as Senior Client Partner (Senior Manager – Client Services), he managed multiple strategic clients in healthcare, reinsurance and P&C insurance, driving account growth, profitability and long-term engagement across the Greater Hartford region and winning internal recognition for account expansion and delivery excellence.

Before joining Infosys, Vilas Shah spent close to four years at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech as an Engagement Manager, partnering with one of the largest P&C insurers. He was responsible for relationship building across multiple business lines and locations in the US and globally, overseeing P&L, shaping account strategy and helping set up multiple delivery centers across India to support large-scale client aspirations and growth.

He began his professional journey with around seven years at Tata Motors in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad region as an Assistant Manager, where he built and implemented systems to digitize manual processes for the Construction Division.
