Bahij also led turnaround and revival initiatives as Director of Operations at Subway Lebanon, restructuring operations, renegotiating commercial contracts, strengthening digital marketing strategy and improving outlet profitability during a critical market phase.

He previously served for over a decade as Managing Director at Focus Advertising Dubai, where he scaled revenues, built digital marketing capabilities, led high-impact campaigns for marquee brands and managed agency-wide growth, financial governance and talent development.
