Seattle, Washington, United States, December 2025 – Brittany Good has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Proliance Surgeons, marking a significant career milestone after nearly seven years of progressive HR leadership within the organization. In her elevated role, she will continue to shape the company’s people strategy, drawing on her deep experience in talent development, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and strategic human resource planning to support Proliance Surgeons’ growth and patient-centric mission.
Over the last several years at Proliance Surgeons, Brittany Good has grown through a series of key HR leadership roles, including Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, Manager of Talent Management and Development, and Director of Talent Management, before stepping into the role of Vice President of Human Resources. Across these positions, she has built strong capabilities in talent management, compensation structures and planning, workforce analytics, and inclusive people practices that align closely with business strategy.
Prior to her leadership journey at Proliance Surgeons, Brittany served as Human Resources Generalist at Oki Golf in Bellevue, Washington, where she further strengthened her HR generalist foundation in a dynamic, multi-site environment. Her work there deepened her focus on employee support, HR operations, and collaborative people processes.
Earlier, as Human Resources Specialist and Recruiter at Hillandale Communities in West Chester, Ohio, she combined recruiting responsibilities with HR specialist work, supporting staffing and people-related processes in a complex, service-driven environment. This experience helped her refine her approach to talent acquisition and frontline HR support.
Brittany’s career also includes serving as Recruiting and Benefit Administrator at Environmental Enterprises, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she supported recruitment and benefits administration, and as Benefits Eligibility Specialist at Carpenters Health & Security Trust of Western Washington in Seattle, Washington, building expertise in retirement benefits and benefits administration.
She began her professional journey with Copiers Northwest in the Greater Seattle Area, gaining early experience in processing and operational support, which laid the groundwork for her later transition into HR-focused roles and ultimately senior HR leadership.
