Pune, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 – Diwesh Diwakar Sahay has been appointed as Head of Human Resources Development at Aryan Pumps & Enviro Solutions. In this role, he will oversee HR strategy and operations across the company’s corporate, plant, and regional offices, spanning two business units, and will be instrumental in strengthening talent management and organizational capability in alignment with the company’s growth trajectory.
Prior to joining Aryan Pumps, Diwesh served as General Manager, Human Resources at RR Parkon for over a year, where he supported organizational growth by aligning HR strategy with business goals and enhancing people contributions across the enterprise.
Earlier, he was Head of HR at Polyrub Cooper Standard FTS Pvt Ltd for two years, leading end-to-end HR functions and playing a key role in driving employee engagement, performance management, and workforce strategy.
Diwesh also held a significant tenure at Force Motors Ltd, serving as Human Resources Manager for more than three years. In this capacity, he was responsible for leading talent management and HR operations, ensuring seamless workforce alignment in a highly competitive manufacturing environment.
Previously, at Schindler India Pvt. Ltd., he spent over six years as Deputy Manager HR, where he managed talent acquisition, training, performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling. His contributions earned him recognition as Best HR in 2014 and a Runner-Up in the CHR Awards 2015 for Excellence in Talent Acquisition Strategy.
Earlier roles included leadership and consulting positions at Kelly Engineering Resources, Quadrangle, Info Edge India Ltd, and Ma Foi Global Search Services, where he developed expertise in talent acquisition, research, client management, and recruitment operations. His career reflects a blend of HR strategy, operations, and consulting experience across diverse sectors.
