Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, December 2025 — Entegro has appointed Anita Walsh as Director of People and Culture. In this expanded leadership role, she will be responsible for advancing the organization’s people strategy, strengthening culture, and enabling talent outcomes that support Entegro’s growth agenda.
Over the last around five years with Entegro, Anita Walsh has progressed through key people leadership responsibilities. Before this appointment, she served as Head Of Human Resources, building a strong foundation across core HR priorities and providing the continuity and leadership that often shape a successful transition into a broader people and culture mandate.
Prior to Entegro, she spent around a year and a half with Auxilion, where she held senior roles including Head of People and Talent and People and Talent Manager. This phase of her journey reflects deep engagement with talent priorities and the operational rhythms of people leadership in a fast-moving environment.
Earlier, Anita Walsh contributed around five years to Ward Solutions, serving as Head of People and later as Chief People Officer. In these roles, she supported people initiatives aligned with business strategy, including employee engagement, EVP, hiring strategies, training and development, and workforce planning.
She also brings around eight years of foundational HR experience with KONE as an HR Officer, where she supported HR initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and long-term people outcomes.
In addition, Anita Walsh holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership, Innovation and Technology from Technological University Dublin, strengthening her perspective at the intersection of leadership, transformation, and modern people practices.
