Dallas, Texas, United States, December 2025 – Apex Dental Partners has appointed Haley Wright as Chief People Officer, effective December 2025. In this role, Haley Wright will lead the organization’s people strategy, overseeing human resources, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to support Apex Dental Partners’ growing network of supported dental practices and its people-centric culture.
In her current appointment at Apex Dental Partners, Haley Wright takes on enterprise-wide responsibility for the people function, partnering with senior leadership to strengthen talent systems, leadership capability, and employee experience across the organization. Her role aligns with Apex’s focus on long-term relationships, high-quality care, and a patient-centric culture supported by strong people practices.
Prior to joining Apex Dental Partners, Haley Wright spent over three years at Fellers, where she progressed through senior leadership roles including Vice President, Human Resources and subsequently Chief People Officer. At Fellers, she led the people agenda for a U.S. market leader in vinyl wrap and film distribution, supporting a workforce spread across 40+ warehouse locations. Her responsibilities included HR strategy, leadership development, and scaling people practices to support business growth under private equity ownership.
Before Fellers, Haley Wright built a significant part of her HR leadership career at Overhead Door Corporation, where she served in multiple roles over nearly a decade. These included Human Resources Director – Access Systems Division, Regional Human Resources Manager, and Corporate HR Generalist/Recruiter. Across these roles, she supported large manufacturing and sales operations, workforce planning, onboarding, HR policy implementation, and change management across multi-site environments in the United States.
Earlier in her career, Haley Wright worked as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Abbott and as an HR Professional at Plastipak Packaging, Inc., gaining deep experience in HR business partnering, manufacturing workforce support, and people development within complex, regulated, and high-scale organizations.
