New York, United States, December 2025 — Kyndryl has appointed Bhavna Doegar as Senior Vice President, Global Operating CFO. In this role, she will provide strategic financial leadership across Kyndryl’s global operations, partnering closely with business and technology leaders to strengthen performance, scalability, and value creation.
Commenting on her appointment, Bhavna Doegar shared her appreciation for the warm welcome from teams worldwide and the Kyndryl leadership, and expressed her enthusiasm to immerse herself in learning while growing the business collaboratively.
Prior to joining Kyndryl, Bhavna Doegar built a distinguished global leadership career with Genpact, where she spent nearly two decades in senior executive roles spanning finance, operations, transformation, and sales leadership. Most recently, she served as SVP, Global Sales Leader – High Tech Division, overseeing growth across complex, technology-led services including digital trust & safety, e-commerce partner support, AI and LLM relevance services, inside sales, reverse logistics, and large-scale data center programs.
Earlier at Genpact, she held roles including SVP, Operations Transformation Leader, where she led global transitions, AI/ML-driven digital transformation, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across multiple industries. She also served as SVP, Corporate FP&A Head and CFO – Transformation Services, managing enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy while acting as Division CFO for a significant portion of Genpact’s business.
Her earlier Genpact experience includes serving as SVP, Global Controller & Chief Accounting Officer, with responsibility for worldwide finance and accounting operations, SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP compliance, and Board Audit Committee engagement. She also held senior FP&A and commercial finance leadership roles in Europe, supporting IPO readiness, private equity transitions, pricing, and margin management.
Before Genpact, Bhavna Doegar built a strong foundation in global finance leadership at GE, where she held multiple finance roles across the United States, Europe, China, and India, including participation in the prestigious GE Finance Management Program (FMP).
A globally seasoned finance and transformation leader, Bhavna Doegar brings deep expertise in P&L management, FP&A, global controllership, SEC reporting, M&A, IPO readiness, digital transformation, and large-scale business operations. Her career reflects a consistent ability to drive performance in complex, multi-country environments while partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
