Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, December 2025 – Sterling Hospitals has appointed Dishant Gupta as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), strengthening its leadership team as the organization accelerates its digital healthcare, cybersecurity, and hospital technology transformation initiatives. In his new role, Gupta will lead the end-to-end technology and cybersecurity roadmap across Sterling’s multi-specialty hospital network, driving innovation, digital integration, and resilient healthcare systems.
In his new leadership role at Sterling Hospitals, Dishant Gupta is responsible for shaping enterprise-wide digital architecture, strengthening cyber resilience, and advancing clinical and operational technologies that support Sterling’s patient-centric and multi-location care model. His mandate includes digital healthcare modernization, platform integration, cybersecurity governance, and IT-led hospital transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Sterling, Gupta served for over two years as Group Head – Information Technology & Digital Healthcare at Livasa Hospitals, where he led digital health platforms, enterprise IT strategy, cybersecurity, mobile health solutions, and large-scale hospital IT modernization programs across the group’s healthcare facilities.
He earlier held senior leadership roles at Medanta, Meitra Hospital, and MAX Lab, where he drove digital health initiatives, IT project governance, application modernization, mobile healthcare platforms, laboratory systems, and healthcare analytics infrastructure. His work significantly strengthened hospital digital ecosystems, operational efficiencies, and patient engagement platforms.
Gupta’s earlier career includes extensive healthcare technology implementation and product leadership experience with organizations such as Curo Healthcare, Portea, Haryana State Health Resource Centre (Government of Haryana), Xavient Information Systems, HCL Infosystems, Akhil Systems, and Apollo Health Street, where he contributed to state-wide HIS implementations, EMR platforms, hospital digitization programs, and national healthcare IT modernization projects.
