Irving, Texas, United States, December 2025 – Gary Hinds has assumed the role of Vice President of Development at QTS Data Centers, marking a significant leadership progression within one of the world’s fastest-growing digital infrastructure platforms. In his new role, Gary will lead large-scale data center development initiatives, strengthening QTS’ expansion strategy across the United States and Europe.
In his current leadership role at QTS Data Centers, Gary brings deep expertise in hyperscale data center development, having previously served as Director of Development and Design & Construction Program Manager, where he led major greenfield and brownfield expansion programs across Texas and other strategic markets.
Prior to joining QTS, he spent over six years at Structure Tone Southwest as an MEP Estimator, contributing to mission-critical construction programs for complex commercial and technology facilities.
Earlier in his career, Gary held project leadership roles at Texas Air Products, FedEx Express / Office, and Joeris General Contractors, building strong foundations in project management, construction estimation, operations leadership, and client delivery.
