Tel Aviv, Israel, December 2025 — Neta Givati Levi has taken on the role of Vice President Human Resources at Riskified, marking a significant leadership milestone within the global e-commerce risk intelligence company. In her expanded leadership mandate, she is responsible for steering Riskified’s global people strategy, strengthening organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives across regions.
In her current leadership role at Riskified, Neta brings forward her deep institutional knowledge, having spent nearly six years building the organization’s HR foundation. She previously served as Global Human Resources Director, where she led strategic workforce planning, organizational structuring, leadership advisory, and large-scale HR technology and diversity initiatives, while also acting as Site Manager for the Tel Aviv office, strengthening engagement, culture, and employee experience across the company.
Prior to Riskified, she served as Global HR & Recruitment Manager at Aqua Security, partnering closely with C-suite leadership on global HR strategy, employer branding, policy development, and recruitment transformation, while mentoring multi-country HR and recruitment teams.
Earlier in her career, Neta built strong operational HR expertise as HRBP at SKYLABS, where she led global recruitment processes, performance management systems, learning initiatives, and leadership advisory programs. She also held senior recruitment leadership roles at Matrix, managing enterprise-scale hiring, headhunting, and team performance across high-technology domains.
