Hawthorne, California, United States, December 2025 — Kevin Dich has been appointed as Director, Technical Recruiting at SpaceX, taking on leadership responsibility for enterprise-wide recruiting strategy and shared services hiring across the company’s global operations. In this role, he will further strengthen SpaceX’s talent infrastructure supporting engineering, manufacturing, corporate and mission-critical business functions.
Kevin Dich has built a decade-long leadership career at SpaceX, progressing through senior recruiting leadership roles while shaping one of the aerospace industry’s most scalable talent engines. Prior to this elevation, he served as Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting, leading large-scale hiring programs across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, corporate and leadership functions, delivering high-impact talent pipelines supporting SpaceX’s rapid growth.
Earlier, he held the role of Manager, Technical Recruiting, overseeing multi-site hiring operations, recruiter teams and enterprise recruitment programs aligned to SpaceX’s operational expansion and technology innovation roadmap.
He earlier served as Lead Technical Recruiter and Senior Technical Recruiter, where he drove specialized hiring programs, enterprise recruiting campaigns and award-winning candidate experience initiatives.
Before joining SpaceX, Kevin strengthened enterprise recruitment operations at Los Angeles Unified School District and Prudential Financial, modernizing recruitment systems and scaling structured hiring frameworks.
