Dallas, Texas, United States, December 2025 — Clarvida has announced the appointment of Rhonda Merchant as Associate Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition. In her new role, Merchant will lead Clarvida’s enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy across the United States and international operations, strengthening workforce planning, employer branding, executive hiring, and scalable global recruiting models aligned with Clarvida’s mission of improving lives and communities.
At Clarvida, Rhonda Merchant has taken on the role of Associate Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition, where she leads a global TA function of 30+ professionals, drives multi-year TA roadmaps, designs Centers of Excellence for sourcing, university and executive recruiting, oversees Manila-based recruiting operations, and champions enterprise KPI frameworks, workforce analytics, candidate experience optimization, and board-level reporting. Her mandate includes M&A integration support, equitable hiring practices, and TA technology transformation at scale.
Previously, at Invited, Merchant served as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, aligning enterprise HR and TA strategy with business priorities. She directed large recruiting teams, implemented Oracle Cloud Recruiting (ATS) at scale, reduced time-to-fill, improved quality of hire, strengthened diverse leadership pipelines, and delivered significant cost savings through streamlined executive hiring and reduced agency dependence.
Earlier, at BNSF Logistics, she co-led the HR function as Senior Director, Talent Management, scaling succession planning, leadership development, onboarding, employment branding, and change integration through periods of transformation and M&A, while improving retention, engagement, offer acceptance, and time-to-productivity metrics across the organization.
Prior to that, at Main Event, Merchant was Director, Talent Acquisition, leading enterprise TA strategy during rapid national expansion. She strengthened workforce planning, internal mobility pipelines, employer branding, ATS/CRM optimization, and data-driven hiring performance frameworks that improved retention, offer acceptance, and recruiter productivity.
She also held senior TA leadership roles at Sprouts Farmers Market, PepsiCo (Frito-Lay), and Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., building early-career pipelines, global TA strategies, ATS transformations, university partnerships, and leadership development programs—laying the foundation for her enterprise-scale TA leadership.
