Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 — Subway India has appointed Namrata Verma as Corporate HR Lead & Head – Talent Management, strengthening its people leadership as the brand accelerates its next phase of growth across the Indian market. In her new role, she will lead strategic HR business partnering, talent development, and enterprise-wide workforce capability initiatives supporting Subway’s rapidly expanding network.

Namrata Verma joins Subway India following a senior leadership stint with Devyani International Limited, where she most recently served as Brand HR Lead – Pizza Hut. In this role, she played a pivotal part in strengthening HR business partnering frameworks, driving workforce productivity, and aligning people strategies with high-growth QSR operations.

Prior to this, she served as Corporate HR Lead for multiple national brands including KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, Vaango, Food Street and Airports at Devyani International, where she oversaw enterprise HR governance, talent pipelines, and organizational development across large, multi-brand retail ecosystems.

Earlier in her career, Namrata held HR leadership roles with Lenskart, Future Retail Limited, and Future Group India, managing HR operations, performance management systems, and talent development programs across hundreds of retail stores and multi-thousand-employee workforces. She began her HR career with Ritika Private Limited (RITU KUMAR) and Aditya Birla Retail Limited, building strong foundations in HR operations, talent acquisition, and people development.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from International School of Business & Media and has completed an Executive Development Program in Strategic HR Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur, equipping her with advanced strategic and leadership capabilities.
