In his new role, Pankaj will lead the organization’s learning function and L&D strategy, driving capability enhancement, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness as the company continues its expansion across multiple cities.
With a career spanning over 22 years, including 14 years in training and leadership development, Pankaj brings extensive expertise in communication design, training module development, leadership capability building, and behavioral skills training. His experience spans diverse sectors including FMCG, banking, automotive, agriculture, hospitality, and government organizations.
Before joining Shubhashish Homes, Pankaj served as AGM – Learning and Development at Signature Global, where he was instrumental in designing and implementing large-scale learning frameworks to strengthen organizational culture and employee competencies. Earlier, he spent more than a decade at Hero Mindmine, where he served as Associate Lead Training Manager, having trained over 50,000 professionals across leading brands including Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Toyota, Hero MotoCorp, and New Holland Tractors.
