Paris, France, January 2026 – Audrey Couderc has been appointed as Europe & Latin America Rewards & Performance Director at Opella, taking on responsibility for rewards strategy, performance management frameworks and total rewards governance across Europe and Latin America.
Audrey Couderc brings a strong background in rewards, performance and HR business partnering across global healthcare organizations. She has been part of Opella since 2024, most recently serving as Europe Rewards & Performance Lead, where she led rewards transformation initiatives across European markets.
Prior to Opella, Audrey spent over six years at Sanofi, where she progressed through multiple HR leadership roles including Rewards & Performance Partner – Europe (CHC), HR Business Partner, and Compensation & Benefits Analyst, playing a key role in regional compensation governance, performance cycles, equity frameworks and gender pay gap reporting across European and UK & Ireland markets.
Earlier in her career, she supported international HR transformation and talent programs at ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions, Sleever International, and within Sanofi’s global HR projects and leadership development teams.
