Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Eagleton – The Golf Resort has appointed Shashi Kiran as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), entrusting him with the mandate to oversee people strategy across Eagleton Golf Resort, Eagleburg Golf Resort (Mysore), and Silveroak Resort (Bangalore). In his role as Group CHRO, Shashi will lead human capital strategy for the group’s diversified businesses spanning hospitality, golf, and real estate, with a focus on nurturing talent, strengthening leadership capability, and enabling exceptional guest experiences.
In his current role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Eagleton – The Golf Resort, Shashi Kiran leads group-wide people strategy for a multi-property hospitality and lifestyle portfolio across Bengaluru and Mysuru.
Prior to this appointment, Shashi served for over a year as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources at Hitachi Cash Management Services Pvt. Ltd., where he led zonal HR operations for South India, overseeing workforce management across Karnataka, Kerala, and Rayalaseema with responsibility for nearly 1,400 employees.
Before that, he spent about two years as Business & HR Head at Ideal Services, leading a 2,000-employee organization while driving HR transformation, growth strategy, and client relationship management.
Shashi also brings strong hospitality leadership experience from his tenure with Accor, where he served for over five years in progressive leadership roles including Director of Talent & Culture, Associate Director of Talent & Culture, and Talent & Culture Manager, contributing to the successful launch and growth of premium hospitality properties in Bengaluru and Mysuru. He also provided mission-based leadership support to Raffles Udaipur as Director of Talent & Culture.
Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership and managerial roles with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Lemon Tree Hotels, and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, building a strong foundation in hotel HR operations, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Shashi Kiran holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Sridevi Institute of Social Work.
