In this new role, Indre will focus on driving people strategy, talent management, and fostering a positive organizational culture that aligns with the brand’s mission.
Indre began her journey at The Fold London as a People Manager (Maternity Cover), where she worked to support HR operations, employee relations, and talent development. Her performance in this role paved the way for her current appointment as the Head of People, where she continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the HR function.
Prior to joining The Fold London, Indre served as a People Partner at River Island, a leading high street retailer. During her time there, she focused on strengthening HR partnerships, optimizing talent management processes, and supporting employees across various departments.
Earlier, Indre took a career break to focus on parenting after working for Boden for over four years. At Boden, she was instrumental in driving HR operations and talent strategies, contributing to employee engagement and the overall HR framework.
Before Boden, Indre had a long stint at The White Company, a luxury lifestyle brand, where she held multiple HR roles, including HR Manager, HR Advisor, and HR Coordinator. She was key in enhancing employee engagement and building a strong HR foundation during her tenure.
Indre’s career began at Superdrug, where she worked as an HR Coordinator. Her role there laid the groundwork for her expertise in HR functions, enabling her to understand the retail landscape and build strong HR practices.
