New Castle, Delaware, United States, January 2026 — United Electric Supply, a nationally recognized and 100% employee-owned electrical products and solutions distributor, has appointed Lindsey Cropper as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Cropper will lead the company’s people strategy, workforce development, and culture agenda across its multi-state operations in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, and New York.
Her appointment marks a significant internal leadership progression, reflecting nearly a decade of impactful contribution to United Electric’s growth, employee-ownership culture, and talent systems.
Cropper has spent close to ten years with United Electric Supply, steadily building a strong HR leadership portfolio. Prior to assuming the CHRO role, she served for over four years as Vice President, Human Resources, where she led strategic HR transformation initiatives, strengthened employee-ownership engagement, and enhanced recruitment, performance management, and people operations frameworks.
Earlier, she served as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Corporate Recruiter, playing a pivotal role in building scalable hiring systems, strengthening employer branding, and supporting workforce expansion across multiple business units and geographies.
Before joining United Electric, Cropper held leadership roles in merchandising, operations and people programs at Wanderlust Festival and Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, where she developed wellness initiatives, employee engagement programs, talent onboarding practices and brand-aligned people experiences.
