Bangkok, Thailand, January 2026 — Harjyot Singh Arora has taken on a new role as Head – Media, Digital & Investments at PepsiCo, marking a significant milestone in his global marketing and media leadership journey. In this position, he is responsible for shaping PepsiCo’s media, digital, and investment strategy, driving data-led decision-making, strengthening digital ecosystems, and enabling long-term brand and business growth across markets.
Harjyot has been associated with PepsiCo for over six years and has steadily expanded his leadership scope within the organization. Prior to this appointment, he served as Sector Lead – Media, Data & Commerce Capabilities, where he played a key role in strengthening media effectiveness, commerce capabilities, and data-driven marketing frameworks across the Asia business. His work focused on integrating media, data, and commerce to deliver scalable, future-ready marketing solutions.
Earlier, Harjyot also led the Flavor CSD category for the Asia Business Unit, overseeing iconic brands such as 7UP and Mountain Dew. In this role, he drove the regional innovation agenda, managed product pipelines, and supported multiple markets across marketing, PPA, and P&L management, contributing to category growth and innovation momentum across Asia.
Before joining PepsiCo, Harjyot held brand strategy and media leadership roles at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., where he led brand strategy and media planning initiatives, and earlier served with Mahindra Group as Marketing Manager. He began his career in media and brand roles at Starcom MediaVest Group and Allanasons Ltd. (London Dairy Icecreams), building a strong foundation across media planning, brand management, and consumer marketing.
