Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, January 2026 — Soundarya Priyadharsini has been elevated to the position of Head – Supply Chain Management (SCM), Middle East1, Africa, ASEAN, CIS at Larsen & Toubro, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished 17-year career with the global engineering and construction conglomerate.
In her new role, Soundarya will lead critical SCM functions across strategically important international markets from her base in Sharjah. She had previously served as Senior Procurement Manager, where she managed digital transformation and IT procurement initiatives and contributed to streamlining procurement operations across the Middle East. Her leadership during this tenure was instrumental in driving operational excellence and aligning procurement practices with L&T’s global standards.
Earlier in her career at Larsen & Toubro, Soundarya held the position of Project Controller and Bid Engineer for over 11 years, based in Chennai. Her work in this capacity involved cross-functional collaboration, bid management, and strategic oversight of project deliverables, laying the foundation for her subsequent global responsibilities.
Her consistent performance, deep knowledge of engineering projects, and cross-regional experience make her well-positioned to take on this broader leadership mandate at L&T, which operates in over 50 countries.
