Prior to Siemens, she served for close to five years as Vice President & Head (Human Resources) at National Engineering Industries Ltd. (NBC Bearings), CK Birla Group in Jaipur. During her tenure, the organization earned recognitions including Great Place to Work certifications and multiple HR excellence awards. She began her career in HR and training across services and hospitality, including roles as Training Manager at Grand Hyatt, New Delhi, Manager HR at Goa Marriott Resort, and Manager (HR & TQ) at Gujarat Gas (Financial Services) Limited (BG Group), contributing to HR systems, talent development, engagement, and foundational people practices.
