Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, January 2026 — Comcast Business has announced the promotion of Gabrielle Cacia to the role of Vice President – HR Operations, Communications & Engagement. In this expanded leadership position, Gabrielle will spearhead enterprise-wide HR operations, employee communications, and workforce engagement strategies, strengthening organizational alignment and employee experience across Comcast Business.
Gabrielle Cacia brings over a decade of progressive HR communications, engagement, and operations leadership within Comcast.
She has spent more than 11 years with Comcast Business, steadily rising through critical leadership roles including Executive Director, HR Communications & Engagement, Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager, Manager of Employee Communications, and Human Resources Coordinator. Across these roles, Gabrielle has been instrumental in building high-impact communication frameworks, strengthening employee engagement models, and enabling culture and change communication across enterprise initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Gabrielle served as General Manager and Project Manager at Digital Pigeon, LLC, Senior Project Manager at Beta Software Technologies, and Contributing Editor at FEARNET, bringing a strong foundation in communications, digital engagement, and enterprise project delivery. She began her professional journey with Comcast as a Public Affairs Intern.
