Malvern, Pennsylvania, United States, January 2026 — Saint-Gobain North America has announced the appointment of Amanda Lyons as Director, Region HR Shared Services. In her new role, she will lead regional HR shared service operations, strengthening service delivery excellence, workforce support systems, and people operations effectiveness across Saint-Gobain’s North American businesses.
Amanda Lyons brings over a decade of progressive human resources leadership experience across manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, and nonprofit sectors. She has built her career within Saint-Gobain North America, most recently serving as Human Resources Director, following earlier roles as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. During this progression, she played a pivotal role in strengthening HR operations, people processes, and business partnering capabilities across the organization’s regional footprint.
Prior to joining Saint-Gobain, Amanda served as Human Resources Business Partner at Axalta, where she supported manufacturing operations and workforce transformation initiatives. She earlier held staffing and HR operations leadership roles at Main Line Health, Aqua, and AccessLex Institute, gaining deep expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, leave administration, and talent operations.
She began her career in recruiting and staffing operations with PeopleShare, building strong foundations in talent acquisition, HR service delivery, and workforce coordination.
