London Area, United Kingdom, September 2024 – Josh Novelle has been appointed as the Global Head of People Solutions & Experience at Convatec. In this new role, Josh will oversee the strategic development and implementation of people solutions and employee experience initiatives across Convatec’s global operations.
Prior to joining Convatec, Josh Novelle served as VP of People Experience and Insights at HSBC for approximately 1 year and 5 months, where he focused on enhancing employee experience, managing budgets, and driving digital adoption and process improvements.
Before HSBC, Josh was with Warner Music Group as Sr Director of People Experience and Insights for about 1 year, where he led the integration of digital learning, HRIS, and change management functions, and was responsible for driving ROI and digital efficiency across the organization.
Josh also held the position of Director of Talent Solutions at Warner Music Group for 1 year and 3 months, where he led global digital learning design and technology initiatives, improving employee experience and accessibility.
At BP, Josh worked as a Learning Innovations Manager for 9 months, focusing on innovating learning solutions and managing external relationships to gain insights into best practices.
Before BP, he served as QRS/Compliance Learning Design Manager at Deloitte for approximately 1 year and 4 months, responsible for compliance learning across the UK and Swiss firms, and digitalizing the learning offerings.
