Toronto, Ontario, Canada, January 2026 — Sephora Canada has appointed Kayla Campbell as Vice President, Human Resources, marking a significant leadership addition as the global beauty powerhouse continues strengthening its people-first, inclusion-led growth strategy across North America.
In her new role, Kayla will lead Sephora Canada’s HR function and enterprise-wide people agenda, driving workforce strategy, leadership capability, culture, talent development, and inclusion priorities to empower Sephora’s high-performance retail and corporate teams across the country.
Most recently, Kayla served at Canadian Tire Corporation for close to two years as Vice President, Talent, where she played a pivotal role in building enterprise-wide talent strategy, leadership pipelines and workforce capability across one of Canada’s largest retail ecosystems, directly supporting national-scale transformation and modernization initiatives.
Prior to this, she spent nearly nine years with Pernod Ricard, progressing through a series of senior leadership roles including Vice President, Employee Experience, Vice President, Total Talent, Diversity & Enterprise Development, and Senior Director, Performance and Learning, North America, where she architected progressive DEI strategies, leadership development frameworks and enterprise talent platforms across North American operations.
Earlier in her career, Kayla held leadership roles at Corby Spirit and Wine Limited and Whole Foods Market, where she built foundational expertise in human capital development, performance enablement, learning architecture and workforce engagement across retail and consumer brands.
Alongside her corporate leadership, Kayla is the Co-Founder of Queens of the Greens, a Toronto-based women’s community initiative that promotes inclusion, networking and empowerment through sport, reinforcing her commitment to community leadership and inclusion beyond the workplace.
