Prior to this, she spent nearly nine years with Pernod Ricard, progressing through a series of senior leadership roles including Vice President, Employee Experience, Vice President, Total Talent, Diversity & Enterprise Development, and Senior Director, Performance and Learning, North America, where she architected progressive DEI strategies, leadership development frameworks and enterprise talent platforms across North American operations.

Earlier in her career, Kayla held leadership roles at Corby Spirit and Wine Limited and Whole Foods Market, where she built foundational expertise in human capital development, performance enablement, learning architecture and workforce engagement across retail and consumer brands.

Alongside her corporate leadership, Kayla is the Co-Founder of Queens of the Greens, a Toronto-based women’s community initiative that promotes inclusion, networking and empowerment through sport, reinforcing her commitment to community leadership and inclusion beyond the workplace.
