Theresa Williams Appointed Chief People Officer at DSP

DSP is pleased to announce the appointment of Theresa Williams as its new Chief People Officer.

Williams brings a distinguished career spanning over two decades in human resources and strategic leadership, primarily within the technology sector. Her new role at DSP will include overseeing the Global DSP Group People Strategy, encompassing DSP Europe and Eclipsys Solutions Inc. North America.

Theresa Williams shared her enthusiasm: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief People Officer at DSP. I am excited and honoured to lead the Global DSP Group People function, including DSP Europe and Eclipsys Solutions Inc. North America.”

Prior to joining DSP, Williams was pivotal in her role as Vice President of People and Culture at Eclipsys Solutions Inc., where she directed HR initiatives that bolstered the company’s growth and enhanced its organizational culture. She also held significant HR leadership roles at CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay and was intricately involved in strategic planning and cultural transformation initiatives.

In her earlier career, Williams managed strategic and operational projects at SkyWave Mobile Communications and held several senior HR positions, including a substantial tenure managing human resources at Cistel Technology Inc., where she developed robust HR frameworks that supported business objectives and enhanced employee engagement and retention strategies.
