New York, New York, United States, January 2026 — Sarah Creal Beauty has appointed Tami Rosen to its Board of Directors, strengthening the company’s governance and strategic leadership as it continues to scale in the premium beauty segment.
Tami Rosen is a globally recognized executive, board member, and thought leader with deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, executive compensation, IPO readiness, and mergers and acquisitions. She brings a rare blend of strategic growth leadership and cultural stewardship, having advised and scaled some of the world’s most influential organizations.
Currently, Tami serves as Chief Development Officer and Chair of the Advisory Board at Pagaya, a leading AI-driven fintech platform. In this role, she played a pivotal part in Pagaya’s evolution from a high-growth private disruptor to a publicly traded company with a market capitalization of approximately USD 2 billion, forging high-impact partnerships and strengthening long-term competitive advantage. She also previously served as Chief People Officer at Pagaya, where she helped build the company’s transatlantic leadership structure and operating model across the U.S. and Israel.
Earlier in her career, Tami held senior executive leadership roles at Atlassian, Luminar Technologies, Quora, and Apple, where she led global people, culture, and organizational strategy initiatives during periods of rapid scale and transformation. She began her executive journey at Goldman Sachs, spending more than 16 years in senior human capital leadership roles across divisions and geographies.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Tami also serves on the Board of The Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity, contributing to global efforts advancing human rights, tolerance, and ethical leadership.
Her appointment adds significant depth to Sarah Creal Beauty’s board as the brand continues to build a science-led, luxury portfolio designed for evolving consumer needs.
