Chicago, Illinois, United States, January 2026 — Mars has announced the appointment of Ankush Raisinghani as Senior Vice President Global Human Resources, effective January 2026. Based in Chicago, Ankush will play a key role in strengthening Mars’ global people strategy and advancing the organisation’s leadership priorities across its worldwide associate base.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades across global HR leadership roles, Ankush brings deep experience in leading high-impact people transformations across North America, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, and multiple high-growth consumer markets.
Before joining Mars, Ankush spent over 13 years with Kellogg Company, where he held a series of senior HR leadership roles across global regions. Most recently, he served as Vice President – HR, North America, leading people strategy for one of Kellogg’s largest markets. Prior to this, he served as Vice President HR – Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, based in Singapore, driving talent and organisational priorities across diverse and complex geographies. Earlier, he also held the role of Vice President HR – Asia Pacific, following his progression as Senior HR Director – Asia Pacific.
Prior to Kellogg, Ankush built a strong foundation at Procter & Gamble, where he spent nearly 14 years in progressive HR leadership roles across Asia. His assignments included serving as Associate HR Director, Beauty & Grooming, China in Guangzhou, and as Associate HR Director & Country HR Manager, Philippines in Manila. He also served as Country HR Manager, Thailand based in Bangkok, along with earlier leadership roles spanning Sales & Marketing HR, country HR leadership, and site HR responsibilities across Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Ankush began his HR career at P&G in India in Compensation & Benefits, based in Mumbai, building early expertise in core HR systems and people practices.
Ankush holds an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Arts (Mathematics) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
With his global operating experience and deep understanding of business-led HR transformation, Ankush’s appointment is expected to further strengthen Mars’ people leadership as the organisation continues advancing its purpose-led culture grounded in its Five Principles.
