Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Venkat N. has joined K Raheja Corp as Senior Vice President and Head – Asset & Facility Management, bringing nearly three decades of experience in corporate real estate, operations, and technology. In his new role, he will lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and deliver value-driven solutions across the company’s extensive real estate portfolio.
At Capgemini, Venkat held several senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Group Head of Corporate Real Estate Services, Deputy Global Head, and APAC Head. He was instrumental in driving global real estate strategy, optimizing operations, and building resilient and technology-driven infrastructures that supported business growth across geographies.
Previously, Venkat served as Partner at LiquidHub and Senior Vice President of Operations at Evoke Technologies, where he played a significant role in strengthening operational frameworks and aligning delivery models with evolving client expectations. He also took on consulting assignments as an Independent Consultant, offering strategic guidance to organizations in transition.
Earlier in his career, Venkat held leadership positions at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions (Apollo Health Street) and UnitedHealth Group, where he contributed to IT leadership, program management, and operational excellence. His efforts included setting up governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, and driving customer satisfaction across global markets.
His professional journey began with technology and operations roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, L&T Infotech, and Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, where he built a strong foundation in systems development, client engagement, and operational management. These experiences provided him with the expertise to navigate complex business environments and deliver long-term organizational impact.
