Pune, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Nitin Kelkar has been appointed as Executive Director (Technology & Transformation SAP) at Deloitte, where he will lead SAP-driven digital transformation initiatives, technology modernization programs, and enterprise-scale solution delivery. In this role, he will play a key part in strengthening Deloitte’s SAP consulting and transformation capabilities across complex, large-scale client engagements.
With nearly three decades of experience in SAP technologies and enterprise transformation, Nitin brings deep expertise in SAP technical architecture, upgrade and migration programs, and client-focused delivery excellence. His appointment reflects Deloitte’s continued focus on building senior leadership depth to support organizations navigating complex SAP and digital transformation journeys.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Nitin spent over 24 years at IBM, where he most recently served as Associate Partner – IBM Consulting – SAP Technical Delivery & Pre-Sales. During his long tenure at IBM, he also held the role of Senior SAP Upgrade and HANA Technical Architect, leading large-scale SAP upgrade, migration, and HANA transformation initiatives for global clients across industries.
Earlier in his career, Nitin worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center (PwC Acceleration Centers SDC) as a Senior SAP Basis Consultant, where he supported enterprise SAP landscapes and delivery programs. He began his professional journey at Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd., serving as an SAP Basis Administrator, gaining foundational experience in SAP system administration within a global automotive environment.
With his extensive background across consulting, enterprise technology, and SAP transformation leadership, Nitin Kelkar’s appointment is expected to further enhance Deloitte’s ability to deliver high-impact SAP-led transformation programs for clients across industries.
