New York, United States, February 2026 — Hyatt Hotels has announced that Alice H. has accepted the role of Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Commercial Services, Americas. In this senior commercial leadership role, Alice will lead Hyatt’s sales and commercial strategy across the Americas region, strengthening strategic partnerships, driving growth across key accounts, and enabling high-impact commercial execution aligned with Hyatt’s broader purpose-led hospitality vision.
With decades of experience across leading global hospitality brands, Alice brings strong expertise in strategic planning, sales management, and enterprise partnerships, making her a valuable addition to Hyatt’s regional and global commercial leadership bench.
Before joining Hyatt, Alice H. spent over 8 years at Marriott International, serving as Vice President – Account Sales & National Group Sales, based in New York. In this role, she led high-value sales portfolios, national group sales strategy, and enterprise customer partnerships, strengthening commercial performance in a highly competitive hospitality landscape.
Prior to Marriott, she built a long and impactful leadership journey at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where she spent over 10 years in multiple senior sales leadership roles. She served as Vice President – Global Corporate Sales for nearly 3 years, and earlier as Global Corporate Sales Leader for over 3 years. She also held the role of Managing Director for over 4 years, further strengthening her commercial leadership depth across global corporate accounts and high-impact sales operations.
Earlier in her career, Alice spent over 9 years with W Hotels, progressing through multiple key sales roles including Complex Director of Sales (W Hotels of New York), Complex Director of Group Sales, Director of Sales (W Union Square), Senior Group Sales Manager, and Director of Business Travel Sales—building strong foundational and operational excellence across luxury and lifestyle hospitality segments in New York.
She began her early hospitality sales career with Doral Hotels, serving as International Sales Manager, Account Manager, and FIT Coordinator, building deep expertise in sales execution, customer servicing, and account relationship development.
