With over 25 years of leadership experience across QSR, FMCG, and consumer brands, Arvind R P brings a proven track record in building brands, driving business growth, and leading high-performance teams. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening operational excellence, scaling Lenexis’ portfolio brands, and building a future-ready organization.

This leadership transition comes at a pivotal time for Lenexis FoodWorks as it continues to expand its footprint in India’s rapidly evolving quick service restaurant (QSR) ecosystem.

Prior to joining Lenexis FoodWorks Pvt Ltd, Arvind R P served as Chief Business Officer at McDonald’s India, where he managed the P&L for the South business, overseeing store operations, marketing, new store development, HR, and training, playing a key role in driving business performance and expansion.

Before this, he spent over six years with McDonald’s as Chief Marketing Officer, leading marketing, digital transformation, e-commerce, brand strategy, and innovation initiatives across India (South and West), significantly contributing to sales growth and brand positioning.

Earlier, he held leadership roles at Kaya Limited as Vice President Marketing, where he drove brand repositioning and built omnichannel growth strategies, and at Levi Strauss & Co. as Head Marketing, leading brand relaunch and retail transformation initiatives.

His early career includes impactful roles at Britannia Industries Limited and TVS Motor Company, where he contributed to product marketing, brand building, and international market expansion, laying a strong foundation in consumer-focused business leadership.

With deep expertise across QSR, retail, and consumer marketing, Arvind R P is well-positioned to lead Lenexis FoodWorks into its next growth phase.
