Western Province, Sri Lanka, February 2026 — Link4 has appointed Nikita Dassanaike as Head of People & Culture. In this role, she will lead the organisation’s people strategy, culture building, talent development, and HR operations as the company continues to scale its secure digital invoicing platform globally.
In her new role at Link4, Nikita is responsible for shaping people and culture frameworks that support growth, performance, and employee experience across a distributed workforce. She brings strong expertise in scaling HR functions, aligning people strategy with business objectives, and building inclusive, high-performance cultures in technology-driven environments.
Prior to joining Link4, Nikita served as Human Resources & Operations Manager at SocialCatfish.com. There, she led end-to-end HR and operational functions for a fast-growing technology organisation, scaling the team to over 60 employees. Her work included driving recruitment across technical roles, launching internship programs, implementing performance management systems, and partnering closely with U.S. clients and stakeholders to align people initiatives with business strategy.
Earlier, she worked as Consultant – Business Transformation at Inzuscene, where she advised organisations on HR strategy, workforce planning, and operational optimisation. In this role, she partnered with leadership teams across regions including South Africa and India, delivering people-centric transformation initiatives aligned with long-term business goals.
Before that, Nikita spent over two years at Insighture as Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist and Head of HR. She led full-spectrum HR operations with a strong focus on technical hiring, employer branding, and HR governance, significantly scaling the organisation’s workforce while supporting global clients across the UK and Australia.
Her earlier career includes HR and recruitment roles with Save the Children International, Securmatic, and N-able Private Limited, where she built a strong foundation in recruitment coordination, HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management across both corporate and humanitarian environments.
As Head of People & Culture at Link4, Nikita Dassanaike will focus on strengthening organisational culture, enabling scalable people practices, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver secure, efficient eInvoicing solutions to enterprises and governments worldwide.
