Diemen, Netherlands, February 2026 — Randstad has welcomed David Koker as its first Chief Digital Growth Officer, marking a significant step in accelerating the company’s Partner for Talent strategy. In this newly created role, David will lead Randstad’s digital growth agenda, scaling digital marketplaces that connect clients and talent at speed and scale, while also overseeing marketing and sales enablement.
David’s appointment is expected to strengthen Randstad’s ability to drive platform-led growth and digital innovation across its global operations. With over 25 years of experience in commercial and platform growth across Europe and Asia, he brings deep expertise in building scalable digital ecosystems.
Prior to joining Randstad, David Koker spent nearly five years at Booking.com, where he most recently served as Global Head of Revenue Growth, Commercial Operations & Digital Partner Services. In this role, he led revenue management and commercial operations across a large global platform, designing scalable commercial solutions, advancing revenue optimization strategies, and strengthening governance and compliance frameworks.
Earlier at Booking.com, he held senior global leadership roles including Global Head of Central Partner Services and Global Director Commercial Services, driving large-scale commercial transformation, architecting scalable go-to-market structures, and championing data-led and technology-driven partner engagement models.
Before Booking.com, David spent over a decade with Regus, where he held multiple senior leadership roles including Chief Commercial Officer – Asia Pacific, Regional Vice President Emerging Markets Asia, Vice President Sales Asia Pacific, and Director Sales Asia Pacific. During this period, he played a central role in expanding the company’s footprint across Asia Pacific and leading large regional commercial organizations.
Earlier in his career, he held senior commercial leadership positions at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, including Commercial Director Greater China and General Manager, South East Asia, strengthening his international market and commercial strategy experience.
David holds an MBA in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam.
