Prior to rejoining Tervis as CMO, Linn served as Head of Rental/Retail Marketing at Vail Resorts, managing a portfolio of 95+ retail brands across 150+ locations and leading teams spanning brand strategy, go-to-market planning, creative design, and digital marketing. She also co-led an enterprise rental business transformation that secured board approval for a $4.7M investment to enhance booking experience, implement dynamic pricing and promotions, and launch the Epic Mountain Rentals brand. She additionally directed a major rebranding of the Rentals brand, completing positioning and identity development within a year.
Earlier in her career, Linn spent over seven years at Walgreens in senior marketing leadership roles, including Senior Director, Brand Marketing, where she directed enterprise-wide campaigns and managed a $120M marketing investment across 9,000+ retail locations. She led high-impact programs including Red Nose Day activations, flu marketing strategy evolution, Medicare Part D marketing phases, and the pilot launch of Kroger at Walgreens. Her Walgreens journey also included leadership roles spanning Retail Marketing, Integrated Planning & Cause Marketing, and Marketing Procurement—partnering with senior leadership to steward large-scale marketing investments, optimize agency ecosystems, and deliver cost efficiencies.
Linn’s earlier experience includes marketing procurement and commercial roles at MillerCoors and Molson Coors, where she managed large agency ecosystems, led digital agency framework design, improved POS effectiveness, and supported major organizational transitions and planning processes—building a foundation in both brand and operational excellence that complements her current mandate at Tervis.
