April 2024, Abu Dhabi, UAE — Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG) is pleased to announce Gina Perna as its new Head of Human Resources. With over a decade of human resources experience across diverse sectors, Perna is well-equipped to lead ADCG’s HR initiatives.
Before joining ADCG, Gina Perna took a career break for two years focusing on full-time parenting, demonstrating her commitment to balancing professional and personal life. Prior to her break, she was the HR Head for the Abu Dhabi region at PureHealth, where from June 2021 to April 2022, she played a pivotal role in aligning HR functions with strategic business goals.
Her tenure at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) from April 2015 to August 2019 as a Senior Specialist HR Business Partner further honed her skills in strategic HR management, supporting ADIA’s mission to secure and maintain the future welfare of the Emirate.
Gina also contributed her expertise at AlixPartners and TRW Automotive through significant roles in human resources, enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency. Her early career at Cengage Learning as an HR intern provided her with foundational experiences in the HR field.
