Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India, February 2026 — Sonalika Industries (A Unit of ICML) has appointed Indresh Gangwar as Chief Technology Officer (CTO/AVP). In this leadership role, he will oversee R&D, manufacturing engineering, product management, and project management, strengthening the company’s focus on innovation-driven agricultural technology and product development.
Prior to joining Sonalika Industries, Indresh Gangwar served as Head of Research and Development at Jagatjit Group, where he led product development strategy and process institutionalization initiatives. He earlier held the position of General Manager and Head of R&D – Agri Division at Silver Pumps & Motors, driving rapid product development and establishing innovation-focused capabilities. His experience also includes leadership roles at SHAKTIMAN (Tirth Agro Technology Pvt. Ltd.), where he worked on vehicle-implement integration and agricultural equipment development.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, including roles in technology innovation and knowledge management at Mahindra Research Valley in Chennai. He also held engineering and project management positions with Caterpillar and Onward Technologies, contributing to global design collaboration, product lifecycle management, and advanced engineering programs.
