Bradenton, Florida, United States, February 2026 — Debbie Weltin-Katzbeck has joined First Advantage as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where she is responsible for leading global talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, and technology-enabled hiring transformation across the organisation.
In her new role at First Advantage, Debbie leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned to business growth and workforce scalability. Her mandate includes optimising recruitment processes and technology, with a strong focus on the global implementation of Workday to streamline hiring operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate candidate experience worldwide.
Prior to joining First Advantage, Debbie served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Jabil, a Fortune 500 global manufacturing solutions provider. During her tenure, she consolidated recruiting operations across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia, implementing standardised operating models that significantly reduced team size while consistently outperforming time-to-fill benchmarks. She led large-scale employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, launched AI-enabled recruiting platforms, standardised global university hiring programmes, and drove substantial growth in diverse talent pipelines through strategic DEI partnerships.
Before Jabil, Debbie was Regional Head of Talent Acquisition – Americas at Baxter International Inc., where she led consultative talent acquisition teams across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. In this role, she partnered closely with senior leadership on workforce planning, employer brand integration, and scalable recruiting programmes that strengthened hiring outcomes and offer acceptance rates.
Earlier, Debbie spent over four years with Thermo Fisher Scientific, holding multiple global leadership roles in talent acquisition. As Global Director, Talent Acquisition – Candidate Experience, she established global standards for candidate experience, led recruiter capability transformation, and introduced advanced methodologies for attracting and assessing diverse talent across geographies. She also served as Global Director, Talent Acquisition – Analytical Instruments Group and Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, partnering with business leaders to embed TA strategy into organisational growth plans.
Debbie’s earlier career includes senior recruiting and programme leadership roles with Korn Ferry (Futurestep), Jones Lang LaSalle, and long-standing experience as an independent staffing and recruiting consultant supporting global clients across multiple industries.
