Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Santhosh Iyer has taken on a new leadership role as Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Deloitte, strengthening the firm’s enterprise talent strategy at a time of continued global growth and transformation.
In this expanded leadership role, Santhosh will oversee enterprise-wide talent acquisition initiatives, driving strategic hiring frameworks aligned with business priorities. His mandate includes enhancing recruitment effectiveness, enabling scalable hiring models, and supporting Deloitte’s long-term workforce planning through data-driven and transformation-led talent strategies.
Santhosh brings over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership. Over his 14+ year journey at Deloitte, he has held progressive leadership positions within Talent Acquisition, contributing significantly to enterprise hiring strategies, capability building, and recruitment transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
Prior to joining Deloitte, he served as Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition at KPIT Technologies> (formerly KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited), where he specialised in technology and BFSI hiring. Earlier in his career, he held recruitment and HR consulting roles at Oxford Consultants and Compusys Marketing, building strong foundations in executive hiring and talent advisory services.
Santhosh has further strengthened his leadership perspective through executive education in Applied Business Analytics from Indian School of Business> and Digital Transformation & Strategies from MIT Sloan School of Management>, reflecting his commitment to integrating analytics and digital strategy into talent leadership.
