Before stepping into her new role, Jamie served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Operations at Fox Run Brands, where she drove HR and operational strategies across the U.S., Canada, and China. Her leadership facilitated the alignment of people strategies with the company’s broader business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, culture development, and operational efficiencies.
Jamie’s tenure at Fox Run Brands began with her role as Senior Director of Global Human Resources & Operations. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in managing HR functions and customer service and warehousing operations across the organization’s international locations. Her strategic contributions enabled the company to foster high performance and resilience through challenging market conditions.
Earlier in her career, Jamie held the position of Human Resources Manager, where she provided strategic HR counsel to senior leaders, supported talent management, and enhanced employee engagement. Prior to joining Fox Run Brands, Jamie gained valuable HR management experience with Randstad, overseeing HR operations and building strong client partnerships in manufacturing and logistics sectors.
