London, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Kelly Acland has started a new role as Enterprise Client Director – HR & Talent Advisory at LHH. In this position, she manages relationships with strategic UK clients and advises organizations on how to optimize their workforce to execute strategic goals. LHH’s HR & Talent Advisory practice focuses on building organizational capability, enabling agility, and creating future-ready workforces by integrating people, processes, and performance.
Before taking on her current role, Kelly Acland served as Enterprise Client Director – Leadership Development at LHH, where she supported organizations in unlocking workforce potential through leadership development, coaching, culture, and change programs.
Earlier, she spent over five years as Client Director at Korn Ferry, helping clients accelerate performance through digital talent assessments, learning, and coaching solutions. During this time, she also co-chaired the company’s UK & Ireland Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee, contributing to the advancement of inclusive workplace practices.
Prior to that, she worked as Business Development Manager at Miller Heiman Group, partnering with organizations worldwide to improve sales performance and customer experience through consulting and training solutions. She began her career with a long tenure at AchieveGlobal, where she held account management roles and built extensive experience delivering complex, global client engagements.
