Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, February 2026 – Divya Reddy has started a new position as Director of People and Culture at Pullman Chennai Anna Salai, marking a significant leadership milestone in her hospitality HR journey.
In her new role, Divya will lead the people and culture agenda for the premium hospitality property, driving talent strategy, workforce engagement, and organisational capability to support Pullman’s dynamic blend of business excellence and lifestyle hospitality. As part of the Accor family, Pullman Chennai Anna Salai continues to strengthen its people-first approach, and Divya’s appointment reinforces this strategic focus.
Prior to this elevation, Divya Reddy served as Talent and Culture Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, where she contributed to strengthening talent practices and enhancing employee engagement frameworks. Before that, she held the role of T&C Manager at Mercure Hyderabad KCP, further deepening her expertise in hospitality HR operations and talent management within the Accor ecosystem.
Earlier in her career, she spent over four years at Marigold By Greenpark, progressing from HR Executive to Assistant Manager HR and later Deputy Manager Human Resources, building strong capabilities in recruitment, HR operations, employee retention, and audit compliance. She began her hospitality journey at Leonia Holistic Destination, where she managed end-to-end recruitment for a 462-room five-star property and ensured seamless pre- and post-joining processes with zero audit errors. She also completed her early HR exposure as an intern at Sify Technologies.
Divya holds a PGDM in HR from Siva Sivani Institute of Management, further strengthening her professional foundation in human resource management.
