Earlier in his career, Thomas T. served as HR Director at Visual Lighting Technologies, supporting the organization through its acquisition by Lambent Lighting Group. He began his professional journey in talent acquisition as a Staffing Consultant/Recruiter at Randstad, building strong expertise in workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
