Dhaka, Bangladesh, June 2026 — Ahad Bin Zahid has started a new position as Head of HR at Dekko ISHO Group.
Zahid brings over 15 years of experience across human resources, administration, HR business partnering, talent management, payroll administration, business process improvement, and organizational development. His career reflects a strong background in driving people strategy, HR operations, and workforce effectiveness across diversified business environments.
Prior to joining Dekko ISHO Group, Zahid served as Chief Human Resources Officer at APTECH GROUP, where he led HR and administration functions while contributing to people strategy, HR budgeting, organizational development, and business process improvement. Over his nearly 12-year journey with APTECH GROUP, he held several progressive roles including Group Coordinator, Central HR & Administration, Group HRBP, and HR Generalist.
Earlier, Zahid worked with Kao Corporation, where he held roles including Regional Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and Talent Management Analyst. During this period, he gained extensive experience across regional HR operations, talent management, recruitment, payroll administration, and employee lifecycle processes across Bangladesh and Myanmar.
His early professional journey also includes experience with BEST Air International, where he worked in craft and ground management roles, gaining foundational exposure to service operations and people-facing business functions.
With his strong background in HR leadership, administration, talent management, and organizational transformation, Zahid is expected to play a key role in strengthening Dekko ISHO Group’s people practices and supporting its continued growth across apparel, furniture, restaurant, biodegradable packaging, and technology ventures.
