Her journey reflects consistent growth across talent acquisition, HR business partnering, engagement strategy, and workforce planning within a fast-evolving healthcare IT environment.
Prior to joining XiFin, Melissa built strong recruiting and talent expertise at Eastridge Workforce Solutions as a Corporate Recruiter and at Kforce Inc as a Talent Representative in Technology, supporting clients across the San Diego market. Earlier in her career, she also held a client-facing leadership role as Outside Sales Event Manager at Vina Sympatica, strengthening her commercial and relationship-building capabilities.
